We had this with dinner tonight. We love cornbread and this was awesome! I could eat this as a meal in itself.
16oz can whole kernel corn, drained
16oz can cream style corn
16oz sour cream
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup butter, melted
2 boxes (7 1/2oz each) Jiffy cornbread mix
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
In large bowl combine cornbread mix, sour cream, butter, whole kernel corn, creamed corn and eggs. Place in lightly greased 9 x 13 dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes until golden and cooked through.
