The Best Recipe Site Ever!

I stumbled upon Supercook.com yesterday while looking for a childhood favorite recipe. It is totally awesome. You must check it out. I was there playing for at least an hour. You plug in the items you have in your kitchen and it tells you what recipes you can make. I will never get stuck again trying to figure out what I can make staring into the cabinets and refrigerator. Those days are over. It also gives you other recipes you can make if you also have........ I bookmarked this site and I believe you will too. Check it out

Cornbread Supreme

We had this with dinner tonight. We love cornbread and this was awesome! I could eat this as a meal in itself.

16oz can whole kernel corn, drained
16oz can cream style corn
16oz sour cream
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup butter, melted
2 boxes (7 1/2oz each) Jiffy cornbread mix
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

In large bowl combine cornbread mix, sour cream, butter, whole kernel corn, creamed corn and eggs. Place in lightly greased 9 x 13 dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes until golden and cooked through.

We just finished a late dinner. It was very good. We loved it. I thought I would share it with everyone. I got it off Kraftfoods.com

Velveeta Nacho Bake

1 pkg. (12 oz.) VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner

1 lb. ground beef

1 pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Taco Seasoning Mix

3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

3/4 cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa

1/2 cup coarsely crushed tortilla chips

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F. Prepare Dinner as directed on package. While Macaroni is cooking, cook meat with taco seasoning as directed on package.

STIR sour cream into prepared Dinner. Spoon 1/2 of Dinner mixture into 8-inch square baking dish; top with layers of meat mixture, 1/2 of Cheddar and remaining Dinner mixture. Cover.

BAKE 15 min.; top with salsa, remaining Cheddar and crushed chips. Bake, uncovered, 5 min.
